I don't mean to rain on your efforts, but we should only really create pages for races and things which are notable. The Shalka, for example, only appeared in one serial and have had no impact aside from that, so that information (which is really part of the synopsis for the serial) should be part of the Scream of the Shalka article itself and not a separate article. I hope you see what I mean - otherwise, we'll wind up with small stubby articles for all sorts of trivial things, which we don't want. Movellans are different because they were mentioned again in subsequent Dalek serials, and Quarks because they've appeared in other spin-off media and people still remember thnem, but the Shalka are probably too minor to merit their own space. One of the few exceptions is Pete Tyler, but he has a very significant effect on Rose's character and motivations. The Editor (Doctor Who) and the Jagrafess are also one-shots, but the events they participated in spread over from ''The Long Game'' to ''Bad Wolf''. And really, the synopses of a lot of the serials need fleshing out, and I've been trying to encourage people to go work on the stub articles rather than creating new stubs or new articles about minor items or characters. As a contributor, my aim is to fill in any article 'gaps' that I can. I try to spend as little time as possible editing other peoples' articles as possible (their facts may be more correct than mine); instead I look more towards ''expanding'' the reperatory of the encyclopedia.
There may be the odd occasion when I may offer, in the article, a review, evaluation, hypothesis etc, when I deem it necessary. Articles containing any of these are marked with my siganture. (See User:Jb-adder#Signature Notice, above).
