I have just recently graduated from high school and was named Salutatorian of my class; I will be attending college in the fall. I reside with my mother and stepfather. I'm a classic "geek" girl; I'm a huge fan of Pokemon, but I'm also fond of Star Trek, Star Wars, Smallville, Digimon, The Matrix, and the campy goodness of Power Rangers and other such shows. I love writing and acting as well as movies and games, however. In fact, I am an established (school play) actress, and a natural belter; I have starred in a farce and had substantial roles in my school's productions of West Side Story and Damn Yankees. Oh, and my favorite color is violet. I am an enthusiast about almost all things fictitious; I hope to become a writing and literature or theatre teacher at the high school level, but in the past I have dreamed of being a novelist or playwright and I have yet to fully abandon those aspirations. I consider myself something of an expert (or as much of an expert as an eighteen year old can be) on modern children's sci-fi and its connections to classic literature, and I would dare call myself an authority on the psychology of Pokemon. (If it says anything, one of the Sonic the Hedgehog characters with whom I identify the most is Dr. Robotnik, becuase his delusions of grandeur and proclamations of his own genius making playing the Sonic Adventure games like looking into a mirror for me.) Yes, I am a newbie. As of this writing I plan to be conservative about my wikipedia actions and take my time in learning the ropes and editing pages. Besides this one, and, obviously, the sandbox. However, I'm a huge fan of Wiki, and I hope that eventually I can help improve this great, great thing. So, please excuse my lack of formatting and my ignorance about all things Wiki. I really don't know what I'm doing, and it'll be a while before I have time to learn. Oh, and if anyone, ANYONE knows what protocol is for adding articles to categories is, please tell me, I noticed that Mewtwo is missing from the fictional clones category, and that bothers me.
