JllFor the last twenty years I have earnt my living mostly by writing computer programs or running people's computer systems and networks for them. Other things that I occupy myself with include Liberal Democrats (UK), writer and a lot of cycling. JllHello there, Wikipedia:Welcome, newcomers to the 'pedia! I hope you like the place and decide to Wikipedia:wikipedians. If you need pointers on how we title pages visit Wikipedia:Naming conventions or how to format them visit our Wikipedia:Manual of Style. If you have any other questions about the project then check out Wikipedia:Help or add a question to the wikipedia:Village pump. Cheers! --user:maveric149 ---- Hi, I notice your interest in ships, and wanted to bring Wikipedia:WikiProject Ships to your attention if you're not already aware of it; we have quite a lot of material to crib from so you don't have to start from scratch. User:Stan Shebs 22:45 Apr 16, 2003 (UTC) == Nice work == I put HMS Inflexible (1881) in the "New Articles" section on the Main Page. --User:Maveric149 09:13, 30 Nov 2003 (UTC) ==rocks and minerals project== Since you've contributed in the Rock (geology)s and minerals area before, wanted to let you know that I created a Wikipedia:WikiProject Rocks and Minerals if you'd like to join. User:Elf 04:57, 5 Feb 2004 (UTC) == About the CERN article == Hello Back in May, 2003 you wrote an excellent article about CERN. Still recall? :) [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=CERN&oldid=931968 Here] is the original revision by you. The article has lived much since. I'm just troubled with this one sentence in the beginning of CERN#The_accelerator_of_the_future:_the_LHC paragraph. It has totally lost its context. If you were originally referring to CERN as a whole, then I propose putting it in the second paragraph: "CERN currently employs just under 3000 people full-time. Some 6500 scientists and engineers (representing 500 universities and 80 nationalities), about half of the world's particle physics community, work on experiments conducted at CERN. CERN also has very impressive computer and wide-area networking facilities which are primarily used for experimental data analysis." I don't dare to edit yet, if it's just about me missing some point. Anyway, a good article! ---Hydrox (8th October, 21:49 UTC) == Article Licensing == Hi, I've User:rambot#Free the Rambot Articles project to get users to Wikipedia:Multi-licensing all of their contributions that they've made to either (1) all U.S. state, county, and city articles or (2) all articles, using the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike (''CC-by-sa'') v1.0 and v2.0 Creative Commons Licenses or into the public domain if they prefer. The ''CC-by-sa'' license is a true free documentation license that is similar to Wikipedia's license, the GFDL, but it allows other projects, such as WikiTravel, to use our articles. Since you are among the Wikipedia:List_of_Wikipedians_by_number_of_edits Wikipedians by edits, I was wondering if you would be willing to multi-license all of your contributions or at ''minimum'' those on the geographic articles. Over 90% of people asked have agreed. For More Information: *User talk:Ram-Man#Multi-Licensing FAQ - Lots of questions answered *Wikipedia:Multi-licensing *User:rambot#Free the Rambot Articles project To allow us to track those users who muli-license their contributions, many users copy and paste the " See other meanings of words starting from letter: JJA | JB | JC | JD | JE | JF | JG | JH | JI | JK | JL | JM | JN | JO | JP | JR | JS | JT | JU | JW | JX | JY | JZ |Words begining with Jll: Jll Jll Jlloganiii Jllortega |
