The school, however, is not _governed_ by the GBHEM. It is governed by 40 Trustees and 37 of them are not Methodist Church affiliated. User:Jni05 03:19, 13 May 2005 (UTC) ::*NONE of the colleges and universities operating under the auspices of the GBHEM are ''governed'' by said General Board -- they nevertheless are affiliated with the UMC and that relationship is maintained through the GBHEM. If you object to the word "auspices" in the category description, it can be changed in the name of consensus, though I think the word "auspices" appropriately describes the relationship.
