Cheers! --user:maveric149 ---- Hi, had a question for you; I was wondering if we might want to move Senator Bilbo to "Theodore G. Bilbo", that's what I see him listed as more often as I was Googling around. - User:Hephaestos 17:18 May 4, 2003 (UTC) : Sure, sounds like a good idea. User:Jpcarver 18:49 May 4, 2003 (UTC) ::After I posted this I began thinking the same thing about James Eastland; if nothing else it's a common enough name that it might need to be disambiguated later without the initial. As far as the other ones, I don't really know enough about them to make a judgment. - User:Hephaestos 18:58 May 4, 2003 (UTC) ---- Just a note: the spelling is politician, not [http://www.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?search=politican politican] (probably a typo in your template). --User:Wik 22:26, Aug 29, 2003 (UTC) ---- Hey Jpcarver, I noticed that your user page mentions the List of Governors of Mississippi (which you should see if you haven't been there in a while). Also, it seems like you wrote some of the Governor's bios, so you might be able to help with this one. I've been going through and adding a table to connect all the Governors. If you look at Ridgely C. Powers, the original text said that it was Adelbert Ames who resigned, not James L. Alcorn. Look on the Talk:Ridgely C. Powers page to see my reasoning. Since you wrote the original pages (a while back I realize), I would like to hear if you copied it, know it intimately, etc. --User:Ricky81682 (User_talk:Ricky81682) 09:56, Dec 5, 2004 (UTC) ---- Why the interest in Mississippi, you ask? Seriously, that's a good question. Frankly, I don't remember. I think I started with some disambugiation page that led to a Mississippi governor, and then saw the nightmare that was the governors' page. After cleaning that mess up [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=List_of_Governors_of_Mississippi&diff=8074171&oldid=8074142], I just started to create tables connecting all the governors. I believe the obsession just continued and continued without reason. =) --User:Ricky81682 (User talk:Ricky81682) 23:54, Dec 25, 2004 (UTC)
