'''If you have comments or questions for me, please post them on my User talk:jrdioko, and I'll respond as soon as I can. Thanks!

Hello, and welcome to my user page! I am a student at the University of California, Berkeley. I have been a Wikipedia:Wikipedians (and, from time to time, a Wikipedia:Wikipediholic) since March 13, 2004, and a Wikipedia:Administrators since June 4, 2004. {| style=\"float: right; margin-left: 1em; margin-bottom: 0.5em; width: 242px; border: #99B3FF solid 1px\" |

* I am a member of the Wikipedia:Welcoming committee and welcome new users on a regular basis. I've created two Wikipedia:Boilerplate text (User:Jrdioko/jrwm and User:Jrdioko/jrwma), so that I can quickly add messages to the talk pages of new users. * I spend most of my time on Wikipedia monitoring Special:Recentchanges (with User:CryptoDerk/CDVF) and Wikipedia:Dealing with vandalism Wikipedia:Vandalism. However, I also spend time working on smaller tasks (such as Wikipedia:Disambiguation, Copy editing, Wikipedia:Typo, Wikipedia:List of stubs without msg, Wikipedia:Redirect, and Wikipedia:Wikipedia maintenance), and I do make more major edits from time to time.

I'm considering removing Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Slrubenstein, Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Jwrosenzweig and Wikipedia:Requests for comment/John Kenney from WP:VFD. Each of them was listed by User:CheeseDreams. Your comments on whether I should do this would be appreciated. - User:Ta bu shi da yu 03:49, 10 Dec 2004 (UTC) == Article Licensing == Hi, I've User:rambot#Free the Rambot Articles project to get users to Wikipedia:Multi-licensing all of their contributions that they've made to either (1) all U.S. state, county, and city articles or (2) all articles, using the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike (''CC-by-sa'') v1.0 and v2.0 Creative Commons Licenses or into the public domain if they prefer. The ''CC-by-sa'' license is a true free documentation license that is similar to Wikipedia's license, the GFDL, but it allows other projects, such as WikiTravel, to use our articles. Since you are among the Wikipedia:List_of_Wikipedians_by_number_of_edits Wikipedians by edits, I was wondering if you would be willing to multi-license all of your contributions or at ''minimum'' those on the geographic articles. Over 90% of people asked have agreed. For More Information: *User talk:Ram-Man#Multi-Licensing FAQ - Lots of questions answered *Wikipedia:Multi-licensing *User:rambot#Free the Rambot Articles project To allow us to track those users who muli-license their contributions, many users copy and paste the "" template into their user page, but there are other options at Wikipedia:Template messages/User namespace#Licensing Templates. The following examples could also copied and pasted into your user page: :Option 1 :I agree to Wikipedia:Multi-licensing all my contributions, with the exception of my user pages, as described below: : OR :Option 2 :I agree to Wikipedia:Multi-licensing all my contributions to any U.S. state, county, or city article as described below: : Or if you wanted to place your work into the public domain, you could replace "" with "". If you only prefer using the GFDL, I would like to know that too. ''Please let me know'' what you think at my User talk:Ram-Man. It's important to know either way so no one keeps asking. -- User:Ram-Man ([http://en.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=User_talk:Ram-Man&action=edit§ion=new comment]| User talk:Ram-Man ==How do you do this???== Hi Jrdioko, maybe you know an answer to this question. There is a madman (I really don't know how else to describe him -- or her? I doubt it, though) who has been attacking a number of pages on the Wikipedia for quite a few weeks now. He should definitely be expelled. I was wondering what the procedure was. His username is User:Antifinnugor and he has been attacking in particular the pages and the users he lists on his user page (and the respective talk pages). This person knows absolutely nothing about linguistics (something that is clearly evidenced by every statement he makes), yet he has injected an enormous amount of false controversy in fields in which there is no controversy at all among experts. Personally, I studied and taught historical linguistics (at a high academic level) for two decades, so I think I can be a good judge of this. However, this is not just my opinion, but the opinion of every other user involved. Thanks for taking the time. Oh, and I learned a new trick becase of it. User:Boisemedia 01:01, 26 Dec 2004 (UTC) ==Request From A Beginner== Hi Jrdioko, I appreciate your dedication to Wikipedia. I noticed that you made the decision to remove an addition I had made in the entry for sandwiches. Obviously, my addition was not a substantial one, and I was merely tinkering with the entry seeing as how Wikipedia is still a bit of a novelty to me. However, what actually upset me was your subsequent action: removing another of my entries that I had posted for the University of San Francisco. Unless you attended USF, I doubt that you know little of its history or the topic which I chose to expand upon. In my opinion, your decision to delete my addition to USF Football was a knee-jerk reaction to my previous entry about sandwiches. I do not doubt that you are an excellent administrator (or sysop), but please do not be overzealous. In the future I feel that you personally should challenge yourself to make the Wikipedia experience a more welcoming one. It used to be redirected to Unix time. However, the info related to the actual subject on that page was rather limited.
