I think most of the stuff in the creationism article ought to be migrated over there. I'd like to see creationism focus on Creationism; the various articles on theories of evolution focus on evolution and evolutionism; and the debate over human origins be described in creationism and evolutionism. I don't think Tannin was trying to suppress the ideas you got from your colleague with the Master's Degree. It would appear the overwhelming majority of people find it acceptable to delete factual representation of creationism beliefs because they don't meet their personal goals. There has also been several attempts to show both sides of the issue and these have fallen into one of two patterns. Where creationism shows weakness there is very unprofessional exploitation, and where creationism shows strength there is deletion or what is worse, more unproven theories are given. By the way, I can't help but point out to all the pseudo-scientists that populate that page; two unproven theories that reach the same conclusion means nothing. UK cops carry guns nowadays and violent crime is through the roof. Many have posited that it is because of gun confiscation that things have changed so very much in so short a time, but even if you reject that, things have changed just the same. It must be therefore a combination of gune ownership with various cultural or socio-economic factors that are to blame for the level of gun crime in the US.
