KDFX-CA (Channel 33), commonly identified on the air as "KDFX", is the Fox Network-affiliated television station, licensed to Indio, California/Palm Springs, California, with studios and offices in Palm Desert, California. The station is owned and operated by Pacific Media Corporation. KDFX is referred on the air as "Fox 11", as channel 11 is its official designation on all Coachella Valley area cable systems. In the interim, Fox programming came into via cable through Los Angeles' KTTV. When KDFX went on the air, the Coachella Valley area cable companies displaced KTTV (at KTTV's request), and KDFX adopted the "Fox 11" moniker.
