It is especially nice to welcome scouts and scouters to Wikipedia. BTW, it is my understanding that election into the Order of the Arrow as a youth does not mean you need to be re-elected as an adult. Once you are a member, you are always a eligible to be a member. You do have to keep paying your membership dues to be an active member, but there is no penalty for letting them lapse and then restarting them.
