According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.8 square kilometer (0.3 square mile). 0.8 km² (0.3 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water. == Demographics == As of the census of 2000, there are 564 people, 203 households, and 156 families residing in the village. The population density is 680.5/km² (1,758.8/mi²). There are 210 housing units at an average density of 253.4/km² (654.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 98.76% White (U.S. Census), 0.00% African American (U.S. Census), 0.00% Native American (U.S. Census), 0.18% Asian (U.S. Census), 0.00% Pacific Islander (U.S. Census), 0.18% from Race (U.S. Census), and 0.89% from two or more races. 2.13% of the population are Hispanic (U.S. Census) or Latino (U.S. Census) of any race. There are 203 households out of which 36.5% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 64.0% are Marriage living together, 8.9% have a female householder with no husband present, and 22.7% are non-families. 16.3% of all households are made up of individuals and 7.9% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.78 and the average family size is 3.11. In the village the population is spread out with 28.4% under the age of 18, 9.0% from 18 to 24, 32.3% from 25 to 44, 19.3% from 45 to 64, and 11.0% who are 65 years of age or older.
