South American Championship 1937



The fourteenth edition of the South American Championship (currently named Copa América) was held in Buenos Aires, Argentina from December 27, 1936 to February 1, 1937. The participating countries were Argentina national football team, Brazil national football team, Chile national football team, Paraguay national football team, Peru national football team, and Uruguay national football team thus making this the first edition in which more than five teams took part of the event. Bolivia national football team, and CONMEBOL new member since 1936 Colombia national football team withdrew from the tournament. ==Matches== Each team played against each of the other teams.
